There's not a great deal to blog about in this post, besides what I have done today, which is a bit boring, but I'll do my best.
I met up with Andy today, for a coffee, and we caught up on the latest, in each other's lives.
After this, I met Sean in town, and we made friends with a funny, friendly cat, trying to climb a wall.
We then saw my mum in town, and she bought us both sone chips, and a drink.
When walking home, we came across another friendly cat, and made friends with it. Her name was Maisie, and I think she belonged to the palace. Whilst she roamed around by the moat, we also became friendly with a couple of funny looking ducks, (I think they were). They insisted on being fed, to the point where they were at petting distance. So, for their effortsI, I fed them some of my naan bread.
After we came home, had a curry, finished series 1, and started on series 2, of Extras, I attempted once again, to play Far Cry 3. I really love that game, but I have now realised I am utter rubbish at it. So, rather than continue to give myself an extreme case of game rage, I decided it would be a better idea to watch one of my favourite comedy's, from my teenage years. So, I watched Without A Paddle.
I always like to ask people, what animal they think they'd be, if they weren't human, based on personality generally, or a persona. Myself, my brother, and my sister would all be cats, my mum would probably be a hen, and Sean, a monkey, of some sort.
What's your inner animal?

#69: My Jigsaw Puzzle
Today has probably been one of the strangest days of my life. I can't quite go into why just now, but it definitely has been an odd one.
I remember being 11 years old, and having a girlie sleep over, with my two best friends, Abbie, and Sally. We were all going through a bit of a Wicca phase, in our lives, and decided that we were going to do some spells. We played a game where we got some dominoes, and faced them all down. We then had to pick the one we felt most drawn to. Each time they would be shuffled around, so we had no idea where any particular dominoes were.
Each domino symbolised a different meaning. Meanings I got out of a teenage girl's magazine, such as Mizz or Sugar...
There was a specific domino that I kept picking up. It was the double blank. This domino symbolised very bad luck. I remember picking it up 6 times in a row, despite the girls swapping it, and hiding it amongst the other dominoes as best as they could. We all freaked out a bit, and had a giggle, then settled down, with some popcorn, and a film. It was during this film that I had a serious case of bad tooth ache. I had it all throughout the following day, and tried to sleep it off for most of it. The next day, I was taken into hospital, as my tooth had become infected. The infection had spread up to my eye, and made the right side of my face puff out... Think Rihanna, after she had been beaten up!
I was in hospital for about a week. Doctor's couldn't figure out the problem, and if they had left it for much longer, I would have gone blind in one eye.
During my time here, I had to have a lot of treatment involving a lot of needles, including a syringe, just below my eye. This treatment had me develop a phobia.
Over the years, I've had to have injections, here and there, when absolutely necessarily, and there have always been tears involved. As I've grown older, I've become less afraid, and taught myself to deal with these situations in a better way.
Today, I had to have 3 injections, and 3 fillings. This was the first time that I had an injection, where I haven't had someone holding my hand. It was a big fucking deal!
So, with that out of the way, I had to then face the next thing life was going to throw at me... And it did indeed throw... Hard.
I've described this feeling, as it's like my life is symbolising a jigsaw puzzle. Not a perfect jigsaw puzzle, maybe due to the picture, the colours, or even the shape, but it's been completed up to a certain point, as perfectly as possible. Now, it's as if I have been given a new piece, with which I am supposed to try and fit into my already partly-completed, but progressing puzzle. It doesn't seem to be able to fit anywhere, but now that I have been handed this piece, I don't want to have to necessarily get rid of it, and have to find a way of dealing with it.
I've spent my day downloading music I've recently discovered, either through my own doing, or being introduced by other people. I don't know what it is about this music in particular, but it has helped me deal with my emotions more effectively, and has helped me through this strange time. So thank you. (I literally don't know what I'd do in a life without music)!

#68: Childish Hearts <3
As soon as I got out of bed this morning, I was greeted by sunshine, with a surprise at my door step. Sean had popped around unexpectedly, and brought me flowers and chocolate... For no reason in particular, other than love. Thank you very much spontaneous romance!
We spent the afternoon at the park, acting like 4 year olds, playing on the swings, and running around, playing a game of tag.
Every chance you get to let all your doubt go, and to act like a child... run freely with it... If you get the chance to be spontaneously romantic... Take that chance! It's these moments in life that fill us up with excitement, and make us truly happy, so it's important we thrive with it! <3

#67: The Light In The Sky...
This evening, I went for a little drive with Alex and lil Chris. We parked up in a lay by, for about an hour, and chatted about music, and women. Standard.
However, as splendid as this was, something had caught my eye, as soon as we arrived, and I couldn't stop staring at it, all night. Behind a tree, far into the distance, in the sky, was a white/ orange light, hovering. The light looked as if it could have been an aeroplane flying in our direction, and that a cloud was blocking half it's light, as it was too big to be a star. So that's what I thought it was, until I realised that it wasn't moving. If that was a cloud, or a plane, one of them would have moved at some point. That's when we noticed a disk shape surrounding it...
About 20 minutes had passed, since I first noticed it, and as I was staring into the distance, studying it, a second white/ orange light appeared, and flashed a few times, directly below it, then disappeared.
Another 20 minutes later, Alex saw the same thing.
10 minutes later, the original light had gone, and then we were left with nothing.
I did try to capture a picture of it, but the light was so far away, the camera couldn't pick it up.
The light hovered there for a good 45 minutes, in total. In all that time, none of us could figure out what it was... Freaky?
I came home, and played some Tekken 6 online. Hopefully no nightmares tonight!

#66: Helter Skelter
A hang over Sunday... My favourite cure? Probably a cold glass of Tesco's tropucal juice, followed by a roast dinner. Today, I was lucky enough to have both. I also found a new cure. Tesco's helter skelter ice lollies! I'm pretty sure they consist of my favourite Tesco tropical juice, and they are delicious! Although people probably find walking around sucking an ice lolly, in the winter, a little crazy, I just think their crazy for never trying it.

#65: A Ring Of Fire, Fit For A King!
Today has mostly consisted of sitting by the window, sewing, with curlers in my hair. I looked like a character in a 1960's episode of Coronation Street.
But as the evening drew closer, things got more exciting. It was time to celebrate getting my new job! :)
Me and Clara (my brother's best friend), invested into the sweet tastes of Rose wine, and some naughty water.
With my screwdriver, Clara's vodka and coke, and Col's Codbra, a drinking game was definitely on the cards! So, we decided on Kings/ Ring Of Fire.
The rules of the game are;
You sit in a circle, with a glass in the middle of the table. You spread the deck of cards, face down, in a circle, around the glass. You then take it in turns, one by one, to pick a card at random. Each number or symbol, represents a task or meaning. You then have to carry out the action. A good thing about this game is that nearly all of the numbers or symbols rhyme with the name of the action. Here are the meanings;
Ace: Waterfall - The person who picks this card will start drinking their drink continuously, then the person next to them starts drinking, and then that person next to them, and so on, so forth. The rule is that you are not allowed to stop drinking until the person next to you decides to stop. They don't have to stop when the person next to them stop. They cann choose to carry on if they like, usually to be cruel to the other players, as it results to the last person drinking the longest.
Two: You - You select a player to have a drink, by saying "you" to them.
Three: Me - You take a sip of your drink.
Four: Whores - All ladies take a sip.
Five: Slap - Everyone slaps the table. The last person to slap the table has a sip of their drink.
Six: Dicks - All the boys have a drink.
Seven: Heaven - Everyhone points up. The last person to point has a sip.
Eight: Category - The player with this card chooses a category of their own, and you take turns to name something from that category until you can's think of anymore. If a player takes too long to think of an answer, (more than 4 seconds), that player will then drink. You then carry on with the game.
Nine: Rhyme - You then pick a word, and the players will take it in turns to rhyme another word with it. Again, if a player takes too long to think of an answer, the player will then drink. You then carry on with the game.
Ten: Cheers! - Everyone cheerses and has a drink.
Jack: Rule - Someone makes a rule within the game, and all players have to stick to it. If at anytime, a player breaks the rule, they have to take a sip of their drink. A goods one I always like to go for is that you are not allowed to pint, (with the exception of if you get a 7). I'm definately a pointer, so I find it incredibly difficult, and very funny when I end up pointing at everyone.
Queen: Question - You have to ask a question to the next player. They then have to answer, and ask the player next to them a question, then they answer. This act has to be done as quickly as possible, which much pausing, or umming. If a player takes too long, they sip.
Kings: King's Cup - That player pours a little of their drink into the glass. Eventually, there will only be one king left. Whoever recieves the last king last to down whatever has been put in that glass.
An absolute classic! It sounds like it would be difficult to remember, or a little tedious, but you soon get the hang of it, and it becomes a lot of fun. It tends to be a game you can only play with 3 or more people, but it's a great way to get drunk quickly. Give it a go next time you're pre-driinking with your posse!

#64: Espanol?!
After my check up at the dentist, finding out I need 3 fillings, and then getting my hours from Vision Express, I headed to Glastonbury.
Me, my mum, and my brother headed to The Blue Note Cafe. A vegetarian place filled with music, food, and wonder. I used to love to visiting, as a little girl, and I'd always be sure to grab a slice of chocolate fudge cake, and a bottle of Oringina.
When my mum and brother went food shopping, I decided to say, and chill out with another cup of green tea with lemon, and The Times.
I was approached by a man in his 40s, who thought it would be a good idea to try and chat me up, along with the Spanish lady, who hardly spoke a word of English.
How wrong he was...
It started out with polite conversation, which I was happy to return to an extent, until I was called a silly twit for trying to talk to the Spanish lady, Rosana, after she had said she barely spoke a word of English. He then said to her, "There's not much point talking to you really, is there? Cos you can't understand a word I'm saying..." It was then I changed my attitude towards the "gentleman", and explained that you did not have to speak the same language as someone, to be able to communicate with them. I then spoke to Rosana in what little Spanish I knew, asking her what part of Spain she was from, and her returning the conversation by asking if there were many Spanish people around that area. This then left the man feeling isolated, and very much like the fool he was.
I'm very sorry to all the wonderful people from other countries that have to put up with the ignorant idiots we have over here, in England! But we're not all bad, I promise... :)

#63: Am I Speaking Your Language?
What a great day!
It started out well, as I woke up naturally at 09:30. Although I didn't bother getting up until an hour later! But let's get to the point of this blog. No one really cares about your sleeping patters, Simone...
Now, as you may, or may not know, it's always been my dream to travel. So, as a result, I have also always wanted to learn multiple languages, in hope that one day, I will be able to work abroad. So, that morning, I made a very special purchase...
I was browsing on the Groupon app, on my phone, when I came across an online European languages learning bundle. It allows you access for 12 months, to learning up to 10 different languages, including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and Russian. All of this was reduced from £300, to £19! ..and I bought it! :D My gut told me to do it, so I did. I'm really excited about setting this as a personal goal for myself. It's an excellent opportunity, and I cant wait to start learning!
Later that day, I met my mum by The Bishop's Palace, and we fed the ducks. A little simple something that is always guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
When walking home, we took pictures of the warm sunset, whilst standing in an icy atmosphere, but pleasant nonetheless.
After we returned home, I was delighted to find I had a card and flowers, congratulating me on my new job. I couldn't be happier! :)
So, here's a pile of pictures. Just for fun! :)

#62: The Brit Awards
It was the Brit Awards this evening. Although I didn't watch the show, I did listen to the interviews with the winners, on Radio 2. I was very pleased to hear that both Lana Del Rey and Emeli Sande won Brits, as I'm a big fan of both.
I don't tend to listen to the radio an awful lot, as I have most of the songs I love on my PS3, and on iTunes. However, I do sometimes switch on to hear any new sounds. Last night, I discovered some new songs and artists. I wasn't so sure about them before, but I'm pretty sure I can safely say that I like Mumford and Sons. They're very talented musicians, and that always has to be respected. I also discovered the sounds of Ben Howard. Oats In The Water is a beautiful song, and I'm looking forward to hearing more from him.
I think tomorrow night is going to be all about the downloads! That is if I can get my laptop to work!

#61: For You, Old Friend
I got the job! Absolutely over the moon! :) We did open mic to celebrate, and I saw an old friend there. Together, we made amends.
For you, old friend...
It's been a while,
Since we last spoke,
So every word,
Now makes me choke.
However, old friend,
Thanks for your ears,
Even if your lips,
Rumble words of my fears.
I appreciate your efforts,
To attempt to let it be.
Times have been hard,
For you more than me.
But your strength keeps you fighting,
And forward we may fall,
But progress can't be made,
Without hitting that wall.
So if we continue
To focus our minds,
On what's taken a year
For us two to find,
I know in my heart,
We can now move on.
Just keep picking away,
And singing those songs.
Meet at crossroads with demons,
After a trip down memory lane.
Make deals with your enemies,
To forget all your pain.
For you, old friend...

#60: Smile Like You Mean It
My second interview went great! It wasn't an interview as such, but more of a trial shift. I did as best as I could, and I think I did a good job. This was to see how well I got on with all the staff who worked there, and they all seemed to like me, and vice versa. Apparently, they have a couple of more people to see, and then they will let me know if I have it by the end of the week. Fingers crossed!
I think a positive attitude, and a smile goes a long way, so lets see if my theory is correct... It certainly worked for Rosie (Sean's cat), when I got back.

#59: We Miss Iconic Music!
Good god! I almost forgot to blog!
I have my 2nd interview tomorrow, with Vision Express, so I'm getting an early night. But before I do head off to the land of nod, here's something to get you debating...
My day was mostly spent researching and revising information, in preparation for tomorrow, but in the morning , I saw my niece, Anya. Although her visit was very brief, I discovered a very sad fact about the children, and teens of this day an age. She, (and I'm sure many others her age), is completely unaware of who David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix, and Kurt Cobain are...!
What has happened to the children of this generation?! Their minds are being constantly trampled with rubbish, such as Nicki Minaj, and One Direction, that their eyes, and ears have not been opened to some of the most iconic, musical legends, of all time.
Pardon me if this sounds a tad over dramatic, but this realisation made me feel physically sick! That raw passion then lead me to a very long, and in depth discussion, with Sean, that evening. Which of course, was all about music in general.
I prey to all musical gods that the discovery of legendary, iconic music, that is also popular, has not been left in the last era of iconic music (the 90s)! The era that bands such as Oasis, Nirvana, and Foo Fighters originated from. It's been a long time since somebody has left a mark as vivid as the marks these bands have left. Just like so many bands before them. Lets hope these geniuses aren't all extinct!

#58: The Banana Flower Bird Eats The Worries
I wish I didn't always leave my blogging to, literally the second before I go to sleep. Most nights I blog, I am usually tucked up in bed, with my head on the pillow, tapping away with my fingers and thumbs, struggling to keep my eyes open. So, you'll excuse the lack of a extensive vocabulary.
Due to a large amount of damp, and mildew growing in one corner of my room, I have had to move my chest of drawers, next to my bed. So, today, I sorted that, tidied, and rearranged all my bits and bobs, and ornaments. I decided moving my drawers was an absolute must, after I pulled out my favourite pair of PVC trousers, to wear into town. I had found a new addition to "the wet look". Green spots had been added. Not exactly the look I was going for.
Whilst in the organising mood, I spent the next hour and a half rearranging Col's DVD collection, by genre. Ranging from the gritty Tarantino, all the way through to the classic Disney Pixar. I am a total geek. I loved every second of it!
But later that night, I had my by weekly, down in the dumps, "I don't know what to do with myself, and my life" moment. This resulted to me doodling, and coming up with some of the usual abstract art I create. However, with some help from my doodles, but mostly from the help of a wise man, and his words of wisdom, I was soon snapped out of it.

#57: Art In Bath
Me, my brother Colin, my mum, and Sean, all decided to take a spontaneous trip to Bath, for a late lunch, and a look around the shops.
We went for a pub meal, and as our meals were being served to us, the waiter accidentally spilt Sean's coke all over him. We all felt more sorry for the waiter himself than for Sean. He must've been really embarrassed!
Waiting on tables isn't as easy as it looks. There is a lot of heat to be taken, and not just from the kitchen! It's very important to remain as polite as possible, whilst carrying hot, heavy plates, ensuring you don't hold them in an unhygienic way, whilst travelling from place to place as quickly and efficiently as possible, remembering who ordered what, and who to serve before who... Some might day its an art! I don't envy waiters, at all. I did it once, and it wasn't splendid.
I was without money, so decided it'd be a good idea to take a few pictures. So here's one I took earlier. This is my way of appreciating art, through art itself...

#56: Hey, Cupid! <3
Valentine's Day! The day that symbolises love, sacrifice, and spending a load of money, thanks to the companies that created V'day itself! But never mind all of that "Humbug" nonsense. We might as well enjoy ourselves, if we are lucky enough to be with someone special, right?
This morning, I had a nice, hot, bubble bath, and got myself dressed, slipping into my new, red dress.
Me and Sean then took a walk into town, and ate a 3 course meal for lunch, at our local Ask. We had a truly lovely afternoon. The weather was continuously switching from rainy, to sunny, which made the city even more of a beautiful place to look at. The rain glistening on the old, grey slabs of pavement. The sun reflecting the water in every place it had landed, making trees, roads, and rooftops sparkle, creating a completely flawless atmosphere.
I then returned back with Sean, where we shared the rest of our afternoon, with each other, before settling down to watch Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind. A film that is set on Valentine's Day, which I was unaware of before watching it, funnily enough! It was a beautiful and touching movie, and one I plan on watching many more times.
I've decided to post 3 photos today, rather than just the usual one, purely because I think all 3 pictures, set the scene perfectly!
Happy Valentine's Day to everyone! <3

#55: With Love, From Me, To You <3
I got to have my Valentine's presents a day early, this year. This was due to not having the best day, and needed some cheering up.
So, I already had my dress, I was given a Terry's Chocolate Orange yesterday, and today, I was given a rose, and a copy of the last Harry Potter book!
For years now, I have had the hardback, adult cover version of book seven, and it doesn't go with the rest my collection. The rest of the H.P books I own are paperback, with the original front covers. Now my collection is finally complete!
I was also made a very sweet, homemade card, with a lovely poem inside... Which I will reveal tomorrow.

#54: The House Of Pancakes
Pancakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I munched on lemon and sugar, whilst Sean, and Col had Banoffee.
In the afternoon, I went into town, traded in some DVDs, and bought myself a copy of L.A Noire, which I will probably end up playing in a couple of days.
Here's a little song about pancakes, from series 3 of The Mighty Boosh, in the spirit of things!

#53: Early Valentine's Present <3
Me and Sean headed into town, and I was treated to an early Valentine's present. The red dress! :) <3 data-blogger-escaped-a="" data-blogger-escaped-be="" data-blogger-escaped-bit="" data-blogger-escaped-br="" data-blogger-escaped-but="" data-blogger-escaped-cliche="" data-blogger-escaped-dress="" data-blogger-escaped-it="" data-blogger-escaped-little="" data-blogger-escaped-may="" data-blogger-escaped-of="" data-blogger-escaped-red="" data-blogger-escaped-so="" data-blogger-escaped-this="" data-blogger-escaped-thursday="" data-blogger-escaped-to="" data-blogger-escaped-wear="">
And the gifts for Sean? I have no idea! Hopefully, I'll decided by tomorrow...
However, I did buy my Mum and brother some little gifts for V'day... For my mum, Goodfellas on DVD, as she loves that film. I'm also planning on buying her some flowers, and have bought a box of Celebrations for my brother, just to say I love you guys too! <3 data-blogger-escaped-br="">
I also had a bit of a shopping spree, with some DVDs again, today... I bought myself Aliens, Pineapple Express, The Craft, and The Secret Garden.

#52: "What's A Kiss?"
There is nothing interesting about a hangover, (except for maybe discussing the best cures, with your friends), so I won't bore you with trying to make my day sound too exciting. It wasn't.
However, after orange juice, a roast dinner, and rewatching Extras, my mood picked up, and I felt tons better.
In the evening, we played cards, and I peeled away the cellophane from one of my Christmas presents. We cwtched up, and finally watched Peter Pan.

#51: When Alcohol Gets The Better Of You...
This is the usual case scenario, if you drink too much alcohol. Just like me, by the end of the night, you'll end up with your face in a pillow, feeling like shit! ...Overall, it was a pretty good night, though!

#50: Beyond Black Jeans
Today is the day of my 50th blog post! "Hooray!!!" So, to celebrate, today was dedicated to partaking in some major window shopping!
I tried on a ton of different outfits, including a lovely red dress, for only £6. I think I'm going to go back for that one tomorrow, despite resembling one of the girls, from the Special K adverts, when I wear it. But that's not a bad thing... I'll just have to be sure I'm surrounded by other beautiful women, all wearing heels on their feet, and white smiles on their faces, when I wear it!
I returned home, after spending the last couple of days at Sean's, and was greeted with a very warm welcome... "Meow!"

#49: Singing And Chicken
Sean made us a homemade Nandos this evening. We bought some Nandos Medium sauce, from Tesco, the day before, and smothered our chicken, and mixed rice, with vegetables, in it.
But the highlight of my day was probably watching the videos recorded by my brother, from Tuesday night's Open Mic. Despite the bad quality, I don't think it was too bad of a performance. So, please check out the video, of our version of Alex Clare - Too Close... if you will...
http://youtu.be/kYBJb276JRI
And whilst I'm at it, here's a much better video of us, nearly a year ago, performing our version of Britney Spears - Toxic...

#48: After Our First Kiss...
Exactly one year ago today, me and Sean had our first kiss. It wasn't under the best circumstances, but by having a lot to deal with at the beginning, a year later, we've come out a lot stronger.
So, today we celebrated with curry, ice cream, and chocolates. We also planned on watching a film in the evening, but ended up watching ghost, alien, and conspiracy theory videos! But finished off with a comforting episode of Gavin & Stacey.

#47: Open Mic On Fire!
Tonight, was our first open mic gig, since last year. It was a brilliant reception!
We played;
Kasabian - Fire
Alex Clare - Too Close
Feeder - Seven Days In The Sun
All songs were well rehearsed, and loved, so I was very pleased.
Hopefully, we'll be back in another 2 weeks to finish off unfinished business... Not having time to do our full set list... But I won't give away what songs they are, just yet!

#46: A Windy Day
Me and Sean practised and finalised our set list today. It isn't sounding too bad, but I think I need to practise my singing a bit more before tomorrow night. Hopefully it will go well.
It was too windy, and too cold outside, so I treated us to a couple of hot chocolates in Cafe Nero. Inside, we discussed the music and film, then headed off to Insane Games, (the usual). I bought the brilliant Blood Diamond, for a bargain price if £1.99. Thank you!
When I returned home, I discovered that I had been left a voicemail, from Vision Express, asking me back for a second interview. Excellent news! So, fingers crossed again!

#45: The Fake Christmas Day
For me, today was like a fake Christmas Day. The night before, I had a dream I was sledging with some Australian boys, I met back in November. Me and Sean took a walk, and I found myself at the park, playing on the swings.
When we got home, I got Cluedo down from the attic, and taught Sean how to play. Turns out it was Reverend Green, with the lead piping, in the library... The sly old devil!
After I solved the crime of a lifetime, we had a roast dinner, ice cream to finish off, and watched The Office Xmas special, with left-over roses and Jack Daniels.
Very Christmasy!

#44: Getting Girly <3
My plan to head to Bristol this evening didn't go as planned. There weren't enough friends, or funds available. So, me, myself, and I decided it would be a good idea to have a girly night in, instead.
I started out with the classic scenario of "washing my hair", and pampering myself, in the afternoon. Then, in the evening, enjoyed some wine, chocolates, and a chick flick. Perfection!
I felt I really did deserve to be treated, after the night before, where I was chased through a field, by a murderer, throwing ninja stars... This was in dream land, of course! :)

#43: The Essay Of My Dreams!
Today, I have watched the last 3 episodes of The Office, series 2, and then The Pursuit Of Happyness... And that's pretty much it! So, to blog about something a little more interesting would be a good idea, but I've kind of shot myself in the foot by writing, what most English teachers would consider an essay about the strange dreams I have been having lately. It digs quite deep, and gets a little personal, but never mind, and here it is anyway... Good luck at keeping your eyes open! :-/
A reoccurring dream of mine, is that I am in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by great white sharks, and I am swimming for my life, trying to get away. There is usually a boat near by, (or as a one off in my dream, a couple of nights ago; a boat/spaceship). Although the boat is there, in most of my dreams, I never seem to able to reach it. Lucky for me, the dream usually ended before I was eaten alive by the shark.
Although, I have quite a big fear of sharks, I was curious as to why this snappy creature in particular, kept swarming it's way into my dreams.
I found a website; www.dreammoods.com that told me what it meant to dream of sharks.
It said a couple of different things, but this was the main part that stuck out or me;
"You are undergoing a long, and difficult emotional period, and may be an emotional threat to yourself or others. Perhaps you are struggling with your individuality and independence, especially in some aspect of your relationship."
Now, that to me, sounds a little over the top, however it raises some good points. I do sometimes feel as if I am a little unsure of who I am, and how independent I really am. Sometimes, I suffer from a bit of an anxiety issue, and usually find myself having these dreams when I am feeling particularly anxious.
I had a dream the night before last, about a witch that was trying to attack me, by using witchcraft. I was trying to use all of my strength and power through a wand that I carved myself out of a stick, when I was little. Nothing I seemed to do was fighting her off, unless I put all of my heart and soul into it.
Dreaming of a witch meant that I was do be in danger of a back-stabbing female, in so many words. But to dream of witchcraft symbolised an inner transformation or change.
The same night, I dreamt that my sister was renewing her wedding vows. There was a Jewish theme, were classes were broken in cloth, and a chair was lifted into the air, with the bride sat on top.
"To see or attend a wedding in your dream symbolises a new beginning, or transition in your current life. A wedding reflects your issues about commitment, and independence. "
The way you feel towards the wedding symbolises how you feel about your life.
I was annoyed, due to being made to wear an ugly bridesmaid's dress, along with 3 other girls I didn't know.
The same night, and the night before, I dreamt I was at a party. Also, last night, I dreamt I was late for a concert, following a secret passage way, through my old school, through the P.E department, and I also dreamt I was giving out Christmas presents to people who were once, but who are now no longer in my life, who I no longer like. I was taking back the presents I had just given them.
And the meanings?
Party: Apparently, this means that I need to get out more, and enjoy myself. It also means that if the party was boring, (which they both were), it suggests that I am unsure of my social skills.
Passageway: Somethinh new and exciting is occurring. I am about to have new opportunity, new relationship, or new attitude towards life.
Lateness: Symbolises a fear of change, and ambivalence in seizing an opportunity. With aspects of feeling unready, unworthy, or unsupported in your current circumstances. Whilst feeling overwhelmed, or conflicted in decisions about your future.
Concert: Harmony or cooperation in a situation or relationship. Uplift in spirits.
Presents: Live for the moment, not dwell in the past.
Christmas: It symbolises reunions, celebrations, and goodwill. Also, new beginnings, and fresh starts.
Conclusion: Go out, have a great time, focus on what you want out of your life, go and get it, and don't be afraid. Perfect!
So, tomorrow I'm doing exactly that! I hope to have a little reunion, with some old work friends, hit the streets of Bristol, and let off some steam! After I have gotten being a little reckless out of the way, I'll hopefully know by then if I will have this job at Vision Express. Then I can really getting head down, and focus on this.
You're done reading. Well done! And for your efforts, here's a pretty picture to make it all seem worth while...
To be honest though, there are just some things a picture can't catch. The night sky is one of them. A million pictures of the night sky could never do the justice of what a single look does... Much like a dream. No matter how well you can describe a dream, you can never re-capture it in another's mind.
