#62: The Brit Awards

It was the Brit Awards this evening. Although I didn't watch the show, I did listen to the interviews with the winners, on Radio 2. I was very pleased to hear that both Lana Del Rey and Emeli Sande won Brits, as I'm a big fan of both.

I don't tend to listen to the radio an awful lot, as I have most of the songs I love on my PS3, and on iTunes. However, I do sometimes switch on to hear any new sounds. Last night, I discovered some new songs and artists. I wasn't so sure about them before, but I'm pretty sure I can safely say that I like Mumford and Sons. They're very talented musicians, and that always has to be respected. I also discovered the sounds of Ben Howard. Oats In The Water is a beautiful song, and I'm looking forward to hearing more from him.

I think tomorrow night is going to be all about the downloads! That is if I can get my laptop to work!
