#181: Anxious...

Today hasn't been the most productive... It's been spent mostly worrying about where I want my future to go, what I want to do for a career, and writing anxious notes to myself, about it all.

So, what do you do when you're upset? What's the best way to vent your anger and emotion. I usually find writing poetry, drawing, or writing out what's bothering usually always helps.
