If you're familiar with my blog, then you'll already be aware that I am very much a night owl. Then sometimes, if I'm not tired enough to go to bed, I'll transform into an early bird.
My body clock is all over the place. So, as a result, I have decided to throw myself into the deep end, and get myself out of this bad sleeping habit, the hard way. I want to be able to see what morning looks like again, especially as it gets dark around 16:00, at the moment. It's important to get as much sunlight as possible.
After playing Uncharted 2 for roughly 8 hours, I decided it was time to wake myself up, dig out my gym gear, and my beloved Nike Airs. 2012 was a very lazy year for me, so deciding to go for a run, at 08:00 in the morning, is a big deal!
I had a run around the block, and felt a lot fitter than I thought I would have, so I was very happy about that.
But around 14:30, I failed! I ended up napping for nearly 3 hours.
I used to be able to do all-nighters a lot more easily, when I was 15, but it seems my old age has got the better of me, and I am no longer the conquerer of the night , that I once was...
And now bed at 23:00! This feels very odd...
